    Technology and agribusiness hubs

    • Agricultural innovation hubs and incubation centres.
    • Better seed selection and precision farming, drawing on economies such as Thailand.
  2. 02

    Mechanisation and value chains

    • Agro-processing zones, moving from subsistence farming to finished, high-value goods.
    • Public-private partnerships modelled on large private operations such as Manchong Integrated Farm.
  3. 03

    Inputs and farm support

    • Scale up fertilizer, pesticide and insecticide distribution.
    • Upgrade feeder roads and rural power to cut post-harvest losses.
  4. 04

    Youth and women in agribusiness

    • Link the Youth Empowerment Scheme to agricultural logistics, with finance and equipment for young agropreneurs.
    • Green jobs across harvesting, marketing and digital trading.

    Security for farming communities

    • Align agricultural policy with security arrangements, so farmers can work their land without fear of conflict or displacement.
